Saint Joseph Catholic Church is one of the oldest Catholic church buildings in the State of Oklahoma. It stands as a monument to the Christian faith of the European immigrant whose volunteer labor went into its construction and whose descendants it continues to serve this day.
The present church structure completed in 1903, underwent renovation in 1965 to conform to the new liturgical norms of the Second Vatican Council and underwent further renovation in 1978 with the addition of the chapel in the rear of the church.
The church today bears witness to the old and the new which are blended into lives and the faith that it continues to serve.
